Antioxidant 9105 has excellent antioxidant properties and convenient use as a liquid additive. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in the forced air cooling process of polyurethane (PUR). This feature can also prevent fogging on the surface of products used in cars and coloring of textiles (such as carpets, car interiors, etc.). Antioxidant 905 has excellent antioxidant properties, whether under short-term or long-term high-temperature use or storage conditions.
Antioxidant 9105 can effectively improve the high-temperature resistance of polyether polyols and increase their initial oxidation temperature; Meanwhile, due to the absence of BHT components, it can effectively prevent color pollution problems. Therefore, in the sponge foaming process, it can effectively suppress the aging and degradation of polymers caused by the high temperature generated by the foaming itself, ensuring the safe production of the sponge foaming process and preventing the yellowing of the core during the foaming process, thereby protecting the stability of the product and effectively improving production capacity.
